Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Include original packaging, where applicable
  • Include all original components and accessories
  • Include proof of purchase

Items returned outside of the 30-day return period may not be eligible for a refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to product safety and hygiene considerations, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

This may include:

  • Opened or used Wizzy Fizzies tablets
  • Products that have been damaged after delivery
  • Items missing original packaging or components

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us so we can assist.

How to Request a Return

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Email address used for purchase
  • Reason for your return request
  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

We will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Please do not send products back before receiving return instructions from our team.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was sent
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The product is defective

Returned items should be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

Flicker & Flock is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.

Refunds are typically processed within:

5–10 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or you believe your product has a defect, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos showing the damage or defect

We will review the issue and work with you to find the best solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before they enter processing or fulfillment.
